Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the order if:

• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong product
• The product has a manufacturing fault

Conditions:
• Product must be unused
• Original packaging required
• Proof (picture/video) required within 24 hours

Refund Method:
Refunds are issued after product inspection via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

Non-Returnable Cases:
• Change of mind
• Used or damaged by customer
• Minor color difference due to lighting

Return shipping cost is covered by Pak Watch only in case of our mistake.
